- SLOYA held it's first meeting on Sunday, February 25th at 2PM in the Bank Room of the Heron Road Community Center (1480 Heron Road). We had over 30 people attend the meeting!! - SLOYA sponsors two Sri Lankan children through the Foster Parents Plan. SLOYA donated a portion of its proceeds from the 2006 Mocktails Fundraiser to the Foster Parents Plan in order to sponser two Sri Lankan children. We have just received the information about the two sponsored children. The two girls we were fortunate to sponsor are Achala and Marsook. See below for more information and photos of the girls.
